Life is Art. If you pay attention you can see the beauty of life. Arts of Life Cafe was birthed out of my love for the Arts & love for Life. I've always loved good love songs, movies & any entertainment that displays what I call the "Arts of Life." What's Love Got to Do with It" is a 1993 American biopic film directed by Brian Gibson, loosely based on the life of Tina Turner. It stars Angela Bassett as Tina Turner and Laurence Fishburne as Ike Turner. The movie is definitely a classic, but the title, What's Love Got to Do With It? caught my attention. The answer to that question is Everything my friends. Whether you are single, in love, married, divorced, young or old, it all comes down to love or lack there of. So we might as well enjoy the Arts of Life, and laugh, cry, & love while we can. As I approach my 30's, I've learned that there is no one that can be me better than myself, so I need to love myself through my good, bad, & ugly. I am who I am by the grace of God, that means I'm imperfect, but loved perfectly. I love my family, friends & loved ones with a passion. Passion is important to me & always makes my love for something or someone shine a little brighter. I hope that my blog displays my passion for life, love, & laughter & inspires. Yes I agree. If you can't love yourself it's hard to except the love being given to you.
